Each breath I take

Soft rolls of crashing waves overturn my body into its repetitive flow, as I breathe in and I breathe out the waves roll with me simultaneously

With each breathe I arrive

With each exhale I exist

My body pauses only for a spilt second as it releases all tension buried deep between the shoulder blades of my strength and deep within my heart of love and compassion

My breath dances along the tip of my tongue, it’s gentle brisk flow slides down my throat filling my belly like an inflating balloon

Down through my entire system of creation and life, to my toes I walk on so lightly as I become completely filled with new life

Out goes the cool toned breeze effortlessly stretching out of every inch of my human vehicle, the real vessel to my true body and life

I mouth silently “thank you” to once again, another importantly valuable breath I take this morning.
