Ears are Important

Sunder a sonorous symphony, and

truths are uncovered as the band performs:

That Sousa turns the background bird-call bland,

and Tchaikovsky upstages thunderstorms.

Now, how do I know that? I use my ears.

Vibrations in the air tickle my nerves,

Yet some sounds damage them over the years,

So can I give a song what it deserves?

Hearing is ears’ earnest purpose,

So for my ears, the conclusion is yes!
