Earth

It brings us all together

Under a sun we all share

Housing us forever

Under its loving care

With sand on our toes

And snow on our nose

We roam it whole

And use it all

Cavemen and nomads

It was untamable

The land of no man

But we are unbreakable

Now we enslave it

And try to look back

As we fall on this pit

We got off the track

Yet it does not complain

For she is our mom

She will always sustain

Until we are done

I am 17, living in El Paso, Tx. Mexican until the day I die. I obviously love to write too.
