The earth and the stars let behind you
The earth the moon the wind the sun all these things have fallen undone for me a black boy with a dream a hope a drive a hope that can never be filled for this boy has dreams, dreams that can carry him into the night sky brimming with stars and dreams brimming with hopes than this black boy remembers who he is that he can never be aa the bright shining star that, that he cries into his pillow every night hoping to take to the sky one day that he drowns into the everflowing wells of sadness that love will never find him but darkness. reaches the ever turning corners of his heart and soul that he knows that no matter what he does he know deep down that the stars will never accept them that he will never be good enough that he will never have the love he will never dance with the stars in a heavenly and ethereal dance that he will never live up to the stars that the ever turning wells of sadness will claim him and all that will be left of him will be a lifeless shadow of what he used to be
