Earthly Woes

When your legs are weary,

And your eyelids grow heavy.

Look to the sky to plea

Beg for the angels

To carry your burdens,

But if you want help ask me.

For the heavens above

Worry of storm and fate

But men below of toil

You may pray to the sky

And ask the gods why.

But answers lie in the soil.
