Earthquake of noise

So I walk

Never looking back

But for some reason

I hear a faint voice

to the distance

Very powerful and unique

Am I alone?

Have I left all of my belongings

All of my treasures

All of my despair

I truly don't know

I'm frigthen for what's ahead

But very curious for what I left behind

Less cautious for many reasons

I'm not the same

Hope you don't mind

This new me

Is very different

But more beautiful and kind

She loves the world more

High on life then ever before

You should see her as she shines

But sadly not all is well

Why do I feel so hopeless?

The voices that toar us apart

Was what drowned me into disbelief

If only I had ear muff to shatter the noise

I lost you without even calling you mine

For fear of losing myself in the process

But I know that deep down

you always wanted the best for me

As you said your happiness is mine
