Earth’s Defilement

Crimson blood and countless souls devoured

To build the bones of that founded Nation

That swept in with death and turmoil

From across the sea.

Earth’s entrails recoiled beneath treading footsteps

Of panting horses and iron-clad men,

And mourned with bitter tears

The fall of countless Nations.

For they had slit her children’s throats

To bathe her in their blood,

As the raging fire of the Invaders’ darkened hearts and clouded vision

Defiled her.
