Easy

It’s so easy to want what you don’t have But it’s those wants that don’t fulfill you And all you do is take and take and take And you take for so long you forget how to give It’s so easy to love what you don’t know Because loving what you do know can feel like a chore For you long for the mysterious, the unknown It’s so easy to overlook things you know And not love them because you know them In doing this you miss out on the good familiar Thrusting yourself into the unknown Shattering yourself in the process For you are precious and fragile Easily broken
