Easy

Is it so easy to forget

Certainty,

The Ground beneath your feet,

Because the wind lifts swayable hearts high before it drops?

Is it so easy to forget

Truth,

The Voice that rings in your thoughts,

Because softer lips offer transparent lies of joy?

Is it so easy to forget

Joy,

The Memories of years passed together,

Because he promises you the world that already rests on my shoulders?

Is it so easy to forget

Strength,

Atlas, who supports your world,

Because some new hero of falsehood says he can do the same?

Is it so easy to forget

Sacrifice,

The Protection offered a thousand times,

Because you have never once taken the shield that begs to protect?

Is it so easy to forget

Pride,

That Earth does not give way to wind,

Because It so gladly crushes in on itself?
