To Eat Or Not To Eat
To eat or not to eat-that is the question:
Whether ‘tis easier to eat to satisfy
Or work and sweat to thin down,
Or to eat food and not make weight
And, by failing, ruin chance.
To run, to wrestle-
No more-and by falling behind your team
The disappointment and the bad self determination
That takes control over you-‘tis a situation
That is not easily fixed.
To believe, to lead-
To sacrifice, push oneself to achieve. Ay, there’s the solution,
For in belief of oneself what conquer fear may go,
When we have worked to this final destination,
Must give us reward.
There’s the drive
That makes winners of the ordinary.
For who wants to be the best one,
The easy decision, the smart athlete’s determination,
The strength of your will, the amount of heart,
The passion of your drive, and the effort
That strengthens your ability of accomplished goals,
When he himself make his mind up
With a passionate decision?
Who would question it,
To judge and question another’s grand goals,
But that the decision of some after view,
The uninformed individuals from whose views
Don’t meet my goals, questions the direction
And tries to force their beliefs
Than try to understand my desires?
Thus believing in myself makes me stronger,
And thus the others views unimportant
Is driving me to be my best,
And sacrifices are part of strength and commitment
With this my goals can be met
And victory the goal.
