Echidna

A woman of great beauty

she was said to be,

but in her soul lie a black venom,

nothing at all like the world as ever seen.

sisters of three she had, but sister number one she envied very bad

with her perfect smile that turned heads,

the woman of great beauty pulled them out until sister number one bled

left her for dead she did,

keeping all the teeth in a chamber of blood and grid,

the woman of great beauty was sastisfied until sister two came in view,

with her beautiful brown locks blowing in the wind,

the woman of great beauty said " she can't have those locks for that is a sin",

she gave her tea to put her to bed,

and she ended up slitting her  throat until her blood dried in the bed

In the chamber the brown locks went until she used them again while the days went

Then came sister three

with eyes as blue as the sea

the woman of great beauty had to have the eyes of sister number three

sister three sleeping peacefully under a weeping willow tree didn't suspect she would never be able to see

she opened her eyes but see couldn't see for they have been gulged out by the woman of great beauty

sister three screamed but to no avail while she was be sliced open from behind with no justice to prevail

the woman of great beauty used all three to become the ultimate prize,

but the venom inside her said otherwise

she made a potion using the teeth, hair, and eyes,

but found a monster staring back

her eyes were no longer blue but red as blood,

her brown locks turning into a murky black,

her perfect teeth turning into the sharpest fangs

she was no longer a woman of great beauty but a she- viper that made the world shake

she was the mother of monsters, the she-viper Echidna

one may turn heads if their beauty is great but wanting for more will lead you to no where

be true to yourself ,

look in the mirror ,

for you are of great beauty
