Echoes Of Our Own

We have it in our heart Though we stumble in our thought We transcend in our dreams Though we standstill in our life We need it in our skill Though we lack in our will What we claim as our trove is what we lost on our own Now there is nothing left but to mourn Is now the time we leave it on our own We want to let go our regrets Though they were held on our own We want to vanish our scars Though they were felt on our own A dream or regret It is still our own A conflict or desire To have a language of our own
