On the edge of a day dream.
Wait for me on the edge of a daydream
where reality falls down, breathe in my thought.
Dance, dance upon the minds sunbeam
counting differently watching floating clouds, that cannot
change your magnetic eyes, others gazing in without vision,
appear blindingly into sight around this my make-believe world
and look deep with-in, escaping matters prison.
Dance, dance fleeting melody, an inner calling twirled
without looking,
we see a thread of a moment opening up, up as fountains
flame against this ballad, pausing it would seem wrong, but
lost there, in the corner of your mind I move mountains
one tiny pebble after another. Until your sky is reached.
So wait for me on the edge of a daydream.
