Education

While some take it for granted as did I in the past, that time has come. The very nerds I used to laugh at is the nerd I must become. The path that I deemed unnecessary to survive in this country is the. very path that will feed me; provide me shelter as I embrace it with open arms waiting for the day to reap its benefits. For when my mother asked me to leave her home sending me into the cold world alone. It was not a family home that provided me that warmth. That luxury was provided to me by the library , who remained open as I asked for forgiveness about the abuse I  subjected it to in the past.   Education is the reason Education is the goal Education is the foundation The foundation that will give me the voice. Give me the voice to preach to the youth and my peers. To let them know that even if the odds are against thee. Thy must  endure the speed bumps of life whilst driving on thy road to success.
