Education B4 Incarceration

In my 44 years of living on this earth I have come to the conclusion that what may seem right and/or appropriate behavior to some may not be right and/or appropriate behavior to others, and though all of us as human beings have an idea and/or basic understanding of the differences between right and wrong, our interpretation of right and wrong varies due to our moral, ethical, and/or cultural differences.
Does that in and of itself justify our unethical behavior or excuse us from being responsible, productive members of society?
I think Not.
However how can one truly become a productive and/or responsible member of society when one does not even know and/or comprehend what it honestly means to be both productive and responsible?
How can one identify with righteousness when one was born and raised in an unrighteous environment? And how can one become enlightened and reeducated when one blatantly refuses to awaken their unique mind, their conscious being?
In an environment where one is often ridiculed, attacked and/or ostracized for striving to do and become a better more refined individual, change is a battle one must willingly choose to both encounter and confront daily.
Change is a challenge one must eagerly clutch and embrace if one honestly wants to find freedom in the mist of ignorance, for if one doesn't and continues to indulge in this blissful state of ignorance, than that one simply becomes a zombie, a walking dead man.
Education is the key that can and will release one from the grips of ignorance, however if one is unwillingly to reeducate both mind and spirit then eventually that one will continue to remain in a state of darkness, a state of ignorance, ( Deaf, Dumb and Blind).
If one is unwilling to shed the old self and reinvest in a disciplined, well educated man of respect, honor and integrity, then the sad reality is that irresponsibility, pain, failure, and excuses will be the fruits of ones remaining life.
The sad reality is that this one will contribute absolutely nothing to self and/or this so-called civilized society and in turn it will cost our society, more notably our family members and tax payers thousands if not millions of dollars to not only feed, cloth and house this individual but also provide healthcare to this individual for the duration of his inevitable incarceration.
Simply a thought.
