Eighteen
I'm too scared to turn 18
I want to stay 17 forever
Old enough to know better
Young enough to keep making mistakes
My bags are pack, sitting by the front door
You either continue studying or get a job
No more benefits no more help
You should know better you're an adult now
I'm in tears because Dec.15 is getting near
I'm old enough to know that this isn't the world I've come to learn
I'm old enough to know that people come and go
I'm old enough to know that you're only needed because you have something no one else has
So please don't let me turn 18
18 years of life and I am already so so tired.
