Electric Heart

I closed my eyes after taking the meds
and instead of my own,
I felt two heads.
As my sight faded, two heads behind
were enveloping my figure
holding tightly.
Then it arrives, I shake and it dives
into my nerve cells, hopping on neurons.
All aboard the neuron train
to conquer weird worlds, love, and pain.
Getting rid of the senses
for just a mere minute
and jumping the fences
of skin tissue walls.
One safe haven patterns
once vaporized in an oven,
gaps splitting apart
the giant dark hole
bleeding, I see
what you were to me
in a lens of who what why's and whens
that I can feel
and tell me is so real.
