Once upon a time, there was a daughter and a Humble King.

The Humble King loved his daughter so much, that everyday

He would show her the wonderful things he has created.

He also showed her how to love and serve those all around her,

whether they were evil or good.  

One day as the daughter was walking alone in the Garden of Life,

three evil figures appeared Money, Beauty, and Fame.

The three tried and tried to make her love these things more than the father’s blessings.

But, in staying obedient to her father she turned and rejected.

Out of anger and jealousy, the three stood up, took her as a hostage

and told the Father, that she will get executed unless someone else takes her place.

Therefore, without doubt, the Humble King knelt before their feet

and allowed them to take His life.

The daughter in rage charged at the three with a sword, but as soon as she picked up the sword her Father appeared to her like a holy ghost to stop her.

The Father then gave her a towel and a bowl of water to teach her on how to serve the three.  

She began weeping as she began to wash the feet of Money, Beauty, and Fame.

The three also started to weep in the understanding of the Father’s love that was being poured onto them.  

Out of humility and love, the daughter granted them new names and new identities Grace, Hope, and Faith.

And before the Father left, He gave his daughter a gift and in that gift, gave her a new name which was Love.
