Elegy

You did not give a warning

You did not say goodbye

You left me here in mourning

And all I could  ask was why

I spend a lot of time

Reminiscing in the past

And although im

Here wondering about your last

Few hours here and

Asking did you think of me

Did you even consider what

The effects of this would be

I know that it sounds selfish

But my feelings here are true

I wanted to spend your last few hours

Anywhere with you

Whoever cut the rope of life

Connected to your name

I live with them in total spite

For they took you away

They say it was untimely

They say it was not fair

But the only thing I know is

You aren't here so I do not care
