Anger is the brutal hand

that writes them out of the story.

Wind
Love is the driving force

that keeps him from sinking.

Love is the bandage

that keeps her from bleeding.

Water
Sadness is the churning sea

that threatens to drown her

Sadness is the shallow step

he just leapt over.

Earth

Envy is the lurking fear

that breaks into her nightmares.

Envy is the silent ghost

that could destroy,
