A breaking heart is the parent of tears
wish for safety when you need it most
cancel out everything
until you can handle letting everything in

There was no goodbye only an end
Gone. gone. gone with time

Collect my tears with the tide
And send them away
So I won't be reminded
Of all the pain of someone's who's gone

Gone with time
Too little time
Breaking hearts, dried of tears
Trust and let go
And wish for safety
