Ember
When you see me
my light is very dim
i'm a nobody an extra
that youll always see in films
i'm the product of a bigt flame
we all burn the same
except I go out quicker cause my light is made of shame
I know i'll never be as bright as a campfire
cause my life is very short
i'm walking on a thin wire
a whether or not if I go out
is not how I should be defined
This light is mine and only mine!
we maybe from the same fire
but I am an ember
I can but and set things on fire
and maybe just maybe
I can burn even brighter than the flame that I came from
and for some it's a dream
but for me it's a reality
this ember will become the thing it wants to be
A fire.
So the first time you'll see me i'll be floating
in thin air
and once I touch the ground i'll burn everywhere
When that day comes I won't be the same
I'LL BE THE FIRST EMBER TO BURN AS BRIGHT AS A FLAME.
