Embracing Beauty

Summer’s iron swing-set is left waiting For Rust to dress it in a warmer hue As decay embraces beauty. Winter’s barren, desolate Trees find their own As they march to the ball Clothed In their crystal dresses of ice. Sleet and raindrops cascade down windows, Trapping a little girl indoors But the earth deserves a feeding. And Iron achieves his grander moment, As drops of water rust his face.
