Emma

Oh my sanity will you travel the world with me?

I don’t know where I am, but the point of getting lost is finding yourself; or is it?

My voice of reason, I would like to take you with me on this journey,

my fate is unknown, well, i think that’s what I realize when I’m alone…

So come with me on this voyage, this forsaken ship has abandoned me

and has swallowed the people whose voices are now lost under the sea

It’s just me, but it cannot be this way, not again.

You know what happens when I’m alone

I begin to crave the isolation— you have attested to this, yes, I know you have.

I start to embrace every corner of darkness that emerges from the corners of my mind.

I become the one the one thing that will lead to my destruction.

Please,

Emma,

save me from myself on this desolate island.

"She had a little rebel in her. A little chaos and a little gentleness. She didn’t say much and sometimes she would doze off. She would drift away, dream with the stars and that was ok. She had a little fight in her and every time she built enough courage her voice would echo through the sky. She wasn’t complete but she had enough. There was a science to her genius, her madness, her beauty and there was nothing she couldn’t accomplish. She was unstoppable and everything she ever wanted she took, with nothing on but a smile." -r. m. drake
