Emmitt Till...
Emmitt Till, a young black boy,
Murdered, the poor boy was,
Misfortunate, he was snatched from his home,
In the night,
They beat Emmitt Till,
Till Emmitt was still...
Till was killed for a lie,
It would’ve been wrong either way,
Lie and tell me things have changed,
Looks like some things stay the same...
