Emotional Freedom

An emotional turmoil rages within

so how else do I get it out

Tears have yet to be shed 

words are left unsaid

so everything stays hidden within

I fear no ones knows my pain but me

As these words continue to flow

this poem continues to grow

and my heart begins to heal

Now I can finally breathe

because now I am finally free!
