Emotional turmoil

Sometimes in life you may trip over the little things

but it is the little things that teach us the biggest lessons

Sometimes we feel as if we are at a dead end

but we fail to realize that what starts off looking ashy

can be just as stunning in the end after a cleanse.

We beat ourselves up when we feel as if we have been led astray.

We tend to feel empty bc of our failures

But we are not our failures

in order to grow, you have to give time some time to take in the water and sunlight

Some of us feel as if we are running out of time to accomplish a goal or a few

but there's no rushing a good thing

We don't always have to be in a rush bc there is no competition

We stress our own self out trying to get up and keep going

Nobody knows the true struggle it is to feel as if you have lost your power.

It takes time to build a foundation but the right mindset to still get it done.

Emotionally we are shedding and curled up in darkness trying to find the light

We wake up at odd times with tears bc the inner child is still crying out for help

but we won't allow ourselves for a second grasp for the help.

it's almost unreal for someone who has held her ground for the longest to fall short

in fact, that is more of an insult to self bc we know that we have it under control

atleast most times we do.

but who's to say that we are battling ourselves

trying to hide the hurt, and keep it pushing

only thing is the motivation, the energy is little to much left.

but we keep going, keep praying

for better days.
