Emotions

My shell has cracks.. beautiful scars.

The lightning strikes a little too far..

The lightening strikes and the shell cracks open wide

to the beautifully broken girl deep inside.

Deep in the darkness she hides

and at times like this.. she cries.

She smiles.

She screams 'I tried'..

the levy breaks as the tears fall.

The girl in the shell getting swept in it all.
