Emotions

Fear

Black and cold as an evil man’s heart

Courses through the veins of all who experience the unknown

Struck like an icy hard bell in the dead of winter, cold pulse reverberating off every stone wall

Fear

Jealousy

A green strangling vine, blanketed with thorns—prickly and sharp

When a friend becomes an enemy for their wounding choice

The angry hiss of smoke, sizzling up and rising again

Jealousy

Fury

Red flames licking towards the sky

When an insensitive action drives one to insanity

Growling thunder and jagged lightning rumbling through the sky

Fury
