Emotions

Emotions are like waves that wash up on the shore and froth up

Emotions are like a rollercoaster up down round and round

Lets start with you what happens to your emotions

Crying, screaming, angry, happy, joyful and amazed

All these emotions come and go to and fro

What do you do with your emotions

Do you play with them invite them abuse them or run with them

What you do with them is really up to you

But remember emotions can enlighten us or ruin us

What do you choose the former or the latter

Take your emotions to a higher level

When your crying let that be your healing

When your screaming let that be your release

When your angry let that make your awareness of humility overtake

When your happy share with someone

When your joyful let the magic spread

And when your amazed people will mirror your amazement

So therefore emotions whether good or bad

Can determine where you are right there and then
