People don’t always understand.

They don’t know how you feel.

They say they know.

But they have no idea.

The emotions are going wild.

They are all over the place.

People say it’s all for attention.

They think it’s fake.

People just assume instead of trying to understand.

It makes things harder.

It’s not easy not understanding emotions.

Especially your own.

Having no support at times makes it seem worthless.

Emotions are hard.

Sometimes you just want to shut off from the world.

But you push through.
