empowerment

a guide book the one who desires to materialize the idea of independence.

stop telling yourself that they're not really gone.

you have convinced youself that beliving a lie is the most effective way to

deal with things you have no control over.

try to forget how you were forced to empty your heart of love.

try not to spend most of your conscience hours dreaming of them.

stop forgetting that most of your memories are just dreams of them.

stop trying to write your own name backwards on your forehead so you see who's to blame when you look in the mirror.

not every thing is your fault.

stop thinking of every person from your past as a missed opportunity.

remember that fear is of your own creation.

and luckily, the only things you can rightfully destroyed are those that you built with your own hands.

build a firm foundation on everything you own out of cement and stone

and stop using other people as the base of your exhiliration because if they leave they'll take a part of you with them.

tell yourself no one should ever need anyone else this much

tell yourself you are enough for you

you are enough for you.

you should never need anyone as much as you need yourself.

with all that being said. stop trying to swallow the match that is your past

allow the quintessential teenage flickering burn brighter in the reminiscent memories of you both making your mistakes.

its a marvelous thing how ideas can take a hold, ruin a person's life.

stop breathing for people who dont want you to breathe for them.

allow yourself to feel weak in the moments that you are,

it will make you feel stronger when the calcium fills into the hollows of what was once a garden of broken bones.

thank whatever gods may be for the fact that you grew out of your dim lit cave.

let those who love you love you.

do not force those who do not.

allow those in confusion to understand what a woman sounds like.

what a woman looks like.

allow those in confusion to understand what a woman feels like.

here is honor to you.

you are breaking records by making it this far.

if no one is proud of you by now be the mentor from yourself.

besides, you are the only one who has lived your life, sorrow and all.

here is honor to your breaking and you building.

here is honor to the poems you lit on fire and the songs you sang into hollowed wells.

here is honor to those who lost themselves in twisted agony trying to be enough for you.

here is honor to being your own source or empowerment.

get used to the feeling of good enough in your bare hands.

it will grow out from there.

you will grow up from here.
