empty shell

emptyness fills me
is that even a possibility
do you understand what i am trying to convey to you
the message that i am alone in this new world
i am alone for what feels like forever
i am alone in what feels like wanting to cry
i am alone in what feels like wanting to tie one last knot
i am alone in the feeling of emptyness
my feelings may be fiction but the truth is that
the truth is that emptyness fills me
and i know its not possible
i am not a shell
i am not filled by nothing because that cant be
even air is made up of something
am i made up of somethings?
i am the death of a family member
i am the shot of heroin running through thier veins right before thier last breath
i am the lonley girl trapped by the walls of distance and the chains of silence
i am nothing
i am an empty shell

emptyness fills me
