Empty Words

I hear your empty words

The I understands littered about

With we need to get helps tossed in for good measure

You don't understand

You never will

You are not me

You don't know the ache inside me

the unending void of emptiness

Don't tell me I need help

I already know that

Why do you think I reached out to you?

Don't tell me, Do something
