The END

All relationships have a fixed
start and end date,
a day that you cannot avoid,
cannot delay,
cannot escape.
What is that saying?
Ah yes:
"All good things must come to an end."
That is true for anything.
Life ends,
Love end,
Friendships end
Even wonderful relationships must end.
And while some people may take up
a larger portion of your life,
some are only supposed to be with you for
a short while.
For there comes a day when the people that
matter most,
those that make you happy,
those that you love,
are no longer meant to be a part of your life,
a part of your journey,
and that is okay,
because at the end of the day they are just a
small part of the bigger picture that is your life.

MissPoetic

I'm just a girl who wants to write poetry and share it with others, with the hope that it might inspire someone someday to write their own. :P
