The end
My mind is a dangerous place
I let it take over
And my thoughts feel like a race
Pushing and fighting
To fill the conclusion
The only thing it's achieves
Is leading me to delusion.
I don't want you to leave me alone
But idk if this is healthy
Me depending on you
For happiness
I should get on my own
I fucked up
But what's new
I always find a way
To screw it up with you
Just make assumptions
I know i shouldn't
But if i don't
Then i'd be restless
Craving for that high
When I take long hits.
But i don't want to have to
Turn to it
Because i know im better than this
Can't say
That it won't happen again
My thoughts are unpredictable
Maybe for your own sake
You shouldnt be my friend
I'll only hurt you in the end
It's not my intention
But i guess
That's just who i am
Filling my life
With toxic traits
But i don't realize
I'm sorry that i am the one
That you used to date.
We had a fun time
I must admit
Although you were dragging me down
Into a never ending abyss.
But i know
That you will find better
Someone who
Will make you wanna commit
To be with them forever
But our romantic relationship
Must now forever be severed.
I know
Forgiveness does not come easy
It takes time
And might not
Come together completely.
I am sorry
For the things I say
I don't really mean them
A heat in the moment
Caught in my head
Filled with rage
That i lost a friend
I don't want to really believe
That this is the end.
