In the End

I cried for help but no one heard.

I am alone and no one understands.

I am lost to you now more than ever.

Liam was my only help.

But even he couldn’t fight my demons.

My internal battles destroyed me.

My heart left beaten.

My mind left insane.

My courage smoldered into nothing.

If you really knew me, you’d have seen it all along.

He mocked and put me down without knowing.

She ignored me and didn’t think of it.

None of you listened. Ever.

You said you were there but you weren’t.

They left me.

There are too many reasons why I did it.

None of which would make sense to any of you.

Never did I cry because after so long I couldn’t.

Too many bottled up emotions kept me faking.

In the end it was too much.
