End Of Chapter One

Here comes the bride.

All dressed in white.

She’s wearing a dress

only half as beautiful as her,

And the brightest smile

I have ever seen.

On her father’s arm

she sets free a tear,

and kisses his cheek.

This is not goodbye,

nor is it the end of the road.

This is,

Simply,

A new path.

End of chapter one.
