The End Means Nothing in Life
It's not the end
When someone walks away
It's not the beginning
When someone reaches for you
But it definitely means something!
Yes, Humpty Dumpty Fell
But he was put back together
So change that frown into a smile
It's not the end
When someone says goodbye
It's not the beginning
When someone says hello
But it definitely shapes your life
So don't cry, Don't stay mad
Learn from the past
And let yourself love again.
He looks at you,
Smiles that earnest, silly smile
And it makes you
Jump, dance, giggle, and shake off that sadness
The end hurt, The beginning made you unsure
But there is something about the middle
That gives you a reason
To reach for him back.
