The End is Near

Thirteen years of required school, Countless numbers of quizzes and tests Half a semester and we won’t be fools. In chemistry we learned of a joule, On math problems we always guessed Thirteen years of required school. For so long we have tried to be cool, We imagined we were the best. Half a semester and we won’t be fools. Sometimes we thought it all was cruel, And we would try not to be depressed. Thirteen years of required school. We now know how to use our tools, And we would really like to have a rest Half a semester and we won’t be fools. We will now go out into the adult pool And survive without the falcons’ nest. Thirteen years of required school, Half a semester and we won’t be fools.
