Ending

I am so thin

I am fragile

I am fading

This semester

Will not flow into my life so smoothly

These classes are my last and

It will hit me hard and

I will cry  and beg the

Universe for a warp in

The time continuum, shoot

Me back to when I was safe in school and the pledge wasn’t a

Thing I questioned too much and

When I knew that things were wrong but they couldn’t touch me
