ENLIGHTENED BLESSINGS

My dream begin as a powerful solder at the hands of God battling through the fire.
NO MORE RAGE NO MORE TEARS NO MORE BROKEN DESIRES
For I've chased my dream many times but paper is only paper and I'm just a lonely soul searching for the lord with a mighty sword
One stick and two pebbles, my only defense but I still have the nucleus of my skull
Searching for good but in this cold world it doesn't exist
So many signs so many blessings we've probably have missed
Oh lord give us a second Chance we're only human, turns around and break bread with a young man
C'mon now son give me both hands
What does this world hold for you
You make that decision it's up to one not two

My name is Justin Jones. I live in Birmingham Alabama and I love to write. I sing in the choir and i also play baseball. I go to A.H. Parker High School and committed to Miles College for the 2013-2014 school year. I use poetry to express my feelings and tell stories about my life and also motivate those who are down or just need a little cheering up. I always wanted to become a creative writer and do what I love for people who love to read creative writing.
