ENOUGH


 

I though what you gave me was love,

But now I see you only made me hate myself for not being

Good enough.

Close enough.

Old enough.

Smart enough.

Pretty enough.

Now enough is enough. 

It’s time for you to take a step back

hold the mirror shoulder high. 

Look yourself in the eye

Tell me what I’ve been looking for all this time.
