Enslavement

I dont know why you view yourself as being weak Always needing a crutch, a release It only brings you closer to defeat I dont know why you keep going down that rabbit hole Alice doesn't live there anymore I hoped that you'd finally see I dont know why you continue this cycle of self abuse Pushing it forward instead of pushing through You limit yourself and bring down those around you Your anger and agony are forms of misery You try to drown it Instead of setting it free
