Entry #1

Dear me,

You thought this summer would be full of finally overcoming your problems and making the most of your life.

One week in and you're just starting to become what you hate and fear.

Anxious, scared, helpless, not hungry.

Paranoid.

Needy.

You can't be alone with your thoughts, you'll lose it.

You're alone, you're losing it.

You were alone, you lost it.

Gone.

Pull yourself the fuck together or you're done.

Love always,

You
