Envy

The attention of the room shifted when she walked in.

Each step she took was precisely placed.

Each heel hit the ground with the grace you would expect from English royalty.

Her hair flowed perfectly down the center of her vertebrae,

Her glasses sat perched atop of the bridge of her nose.

Her outfit was immaculate.  The colors on her blouse reached out

And demanded your attention,

While her shoes gave her the poise of a ballerina.

Patricia was gorgeous

5’ 4”, with angelic tan skin, she had become the envy of the room.
