Envy

Captivated by her beauty, the beast overcomes me.
The beast i cannot tame. The beast that tells me who i am. And who i want to be.
I see the way you look at her.
The way she looks at you.
The way you hold her in your arms.
and the way that she holds you.

Do you love me like you love her?
She is your best friend...
But you are mine... How can such sick madness take place in such a beautiful thing?
I am in love with you.
Cant you see?
This aching beast inside of me.
Take it away from me, please.

Hold me like you hold her. Tell me that beautiful.
Dont let this beast take hold of me...
Ill become something that im not.
But is that something that you want?

Ill change myself.
To be like her, if that is what you want.
Ill cut my hair, ill change my name. and i wont eat
If it will make you love me like you love her.

Captivated by her beauty, the beast that overcomes me.
The beast i cannot tame. the beast that tells me who i am. and who i want to be.
I see the way you look at her.
the way she looks at you.
The way you hold her in your arms.
and the way that she holds you.

I see my beast. i call her envy.
