Envy is Ignorance
Envy is ignorance , it is evident that you are faceoius
Pray to Jesus that he can save us
Never been the bravest but still ain't a coward
All of you niggas acting like Terrence Howard
Still ain't enough of ours going to Brown or Howard
Waiting on our down fall like the twin towers
Howls in the wind in the darkness, running with my pack of wolves
Trust me my nigga its all good, Trust me my nigga its all love
Have u ever wiped the tears when a dove cries, can't you hear the cries and pleads
I never aim to please, I aim to be an outlet for my niggas
Suppressing voices asking the pastor for anointing, maybe it will end the suffering
Maybe then I can make something out of nothing
They been killed my innocence
Survived from their negligence
5 coming so I dash and hop the fence
Envy is ignorance
The love they have with the streets is more than intimate
Be safe or you'll get gunned down in self defense
Can't trust you even if you heaven sent
Envy is ignorance
Go to hell and back for them dollars, load the chopper
Grab a mask, Pops told me I would be a doctor
The streets I walked was home to mosters
They taught me their ways, never be afraid, go and get paid
Your fam is worth the cementery or penitentary
Tension fills the air, spair no soul
Niggas clap poles like deacons on Sunday's, no praise to the most high
He can't help us out head filled with dreams, heart filled with doubt
Nigga tell me what you bout
Straving for the green
The same check you save you cut your neck on
