Epic of Romantic

We looked through our magic telescope into future only to find absolute gravity somewhere a clock was ticking, until our lives would become trainwrecks to say the least. figments of our relationship displayed no control for 10 y e a r s and 5 m o n t h s like a gunshot from miles away he moved in I was five-year-old velocity girl, he was the seven-year-old starfighter pilot one mission to shrink the world we promised the stars we’d be a dream much to my dismay we lost our armour of hope last ever, young love, heels are now over head I hear your heart cry for love but you won't let me make it right you were hurt, but I decided that you were worth the fight every night, you lock up you won't let me come inside but the look in your eyes I can turn the tide or you and your denial: you told me, it was the distance that killed us you made me believe, moonlight would provide the spark you lied and said, count me in... for Eternity and now, you make me feel like i’m sitting on the surface of the sun or sleeping in the snow your first kiss stole the breath from my lips like a lovesick melody every time I hear your voice my heart skips a beat you are my sugar rush, my perfect kiss my addiction that I fail to resist I hear your heart cry for love then you act like there's no room room for me, or anyone "don't disturb" is all I see close the door, turn the key an everything that we could be if loneliness would move out I'd fill the vacancy in your heart our telescope said “happy endings are stories that haven’t ended yet.” so we swam in a world of tears waiting for the storm to end lightning and thunder made us wonder i’d say “if there’s a rocket tie me to it.” but you were the anchor that kept my feet on the ground our love was an ocean. we swam in the tears we’d cry our love was a raging sea you held onto me that was your promise to the stars you could be happy, I won’t know you would say “save your heart, don’t give it away just yet” while I felt like I was Miss Invisible you would say “call me hopeless, not romantic” followed by “its all in your imagination, dear” all your friends would reckon that I was “Oh so fine” In your heart I can tell you can fit one more. open up make a brand new start I don't care who's stayed before I would raise my drink to you but I'll stay sober just for you I wish I had a penny for every time she gave me those eyes I had been with you once or twice in my dreams and it felt so nice even though I could barely breath speechless, breathless It means I can dream about you more wake up wake up dreaming only leads to more and more nightmares snap out of it you said it in a way that showed you really cared like a rainstorm without the clouds I fall on him like a phone call to warn the truth it’s the truth to warn the lies it’s the way she doesn't try it’s the wink before the sligh When I had been with him once or twice In my dreams it felt so nice even though I could barely breath speechless, breathless I'd tell you you're safe and take hold of your hand I'll be there by your side for the rest of your life I’d lie with you on the grass above I'd like to change all this I'd like to wake up from this by your side maybe there's hope in just one final second a flash of her love as she waved us goodbye you could be happy and I won't know but you weren't happy the day I watched you go somehow everything I own smells of you and for the tiniest moment it's all not true do the things that you always wanted to without me there to hold you back shut your eyes, I spin you'll feel dizzy, light, and free and falling gently you can come and swing with me there is a darkness deep in you a frightening magic I cling to the city calls our name the scares that I hide show through my eyes Its a been done before yes its all been done before but if you know how do you get up from an all time low I'm in pieces It seems like peace is the only thing I never know how do you get up from an all time low I can't even find a place to start how do I choose between my head and heart till it ceases I never know how do you get up from an all time low let me out my world is spinning and it just won't stop I often realize i've gone too far soo keep me hangin on love me when it makes more sense at all you awake me from my deepest sleep the magic telescope only showed a clock ticking trainwrecks two broken hearts a ticking clock the world at our feet and Eternity before us
