Epiphany Of A Mortal

Does it make sense? Am I misunderstanding? I can’t help myself, unaware of the details... Trying to detect reality with a mind that fails to recognize authenticity. Free will is an illusion, I can't decide my motivation. I am your victim. Oh God, show yourself, I'm calling you out! Grant me wisdom. Let truth be known: I don't want to believe, I want to have no doubt.

Your title captured my attention, another interesting work. Very lyrical. Q.V.

This poem seems similar to the belief that everyone has at some point in their life, that we are not maybe as significant as we once thought we were. However, we must realize that we can still make a difference in the world.
